George Usmanov, PhD
George Usmanov is a Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where he studies how our social connections and interactions affect social brain health. His work investigates the role of personal networks, social support, and interpersonal relationships in and out of the hospital and what it means for our health. He works across sociology, clinical neuroscience, and network science, drawing on mixed methods, including ethnography, network analysis, and qualitative interviewing.
